Enhanced OneSignal Integration

Our integration with OneSignal, a customer engagement platform that enables businesses to send targeted push notifications, in-app messages, and email campaigns, now includes session-related data tags for improved user targeting. Operators can leverage real-time session data including state of charge, session status, billing information, and period states to create personalized notifications that alert users about idle states, grace periods, or session completion. This enhancement improves the user experience by allowing CPOs to leverage different engagement opportunities.

Enhanced Custom Report Formats

The improved configuration of the built-in data reports generation functionality enables complete customization of number, date, and time formats, including time zone selection. This enhancement ensures reports match CPO preferences without altering underlying data. Settings persist with each report, apply during generation, and seamlessly fall back to operator-level defaults when unspecified, improving report consistency across all custom, templated, and replicated reports.

Ad-hoc portal enhancements

The AMPECO Ad-hoc Portal enables CPOs to offer seamless charging experiences to non-registered users. This white-label web application allows drivers to start and pay for charging sessions through their mobile devices without requiring account creation or app downloads, significantly expanding their customer base and revenue potential.

Dynamic SoC% & Session Duration information displayed

We’ve enhanced the “Select EVSE” screen with real-time charging insights that improve the driver experience when searching for available chargers. The interface now displays the State of Charge (SoC%) for compatible chargers with a dynamic battery icon that updates in near real-time, along with continuously updating session duration information. These visual indicators help drivers better estimate when an occupied charger might become available, reducing wait time frustration and improving overall charging station utilization.

Dynamic Session Authorization with Credit Cards and Mobile PINs

Our new dynamic, mode-free session authorization system intelligently adapts to different payment methods, enhancing security while maintaining a frictionless user experience. For credit card payments, users simply enter the last four digits of their card to authenticate session stops. For mobile wallet payments (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Twint), the system automatically switches to a PIN-based authentication flow. This adaptive approach ensures consistent security across payment methods while optimizing the checkout experience for all users, regardless of their preferred payment option.

Roaming enhancements

OCPI Payment Terminal Capability Enhancement

We’ve expanded our OCPI implementation to include enhanced Payment Terminal support, improving interoperability for CPOs. The system now intelligently maps payment terminal configurations to the appropriate OCPI capabilities, ensuring accurate representation in the Location and EVSE objects shared with roaming partners. This enhancement automatically reflects whether a terminal serves a single charge point or an entire location, providing roaming partners with precise information about payment options available at each charging location and improving the overall driver experience across networks.

Renewable Energy OCPI and OICP Mapping

In response to growing regulatory requirements and market demand, our platform now makes it easy to showcase CPOs’ green energy credentials across roaming networks. The system automatically shares renewable energy information with partners through both OCPI and OICP standard protocols, helping CPOs meet UK regulatory requirements while allowing drivers to make environmentally conscious charging decisions. This integration works seamlessly with existing electricity rates, requiring no additional setup.

Energy management enhancements

DLM for Personal (Home) Charge Points

We’ve expanded our Dynamic Load Management (DLM) capabilities to seamlessly include personal home chargers,. This allows home chargers to be added to DLM Circuits without requiring individual smart charging preferences, streamlining the management of mixed charging environments. CPOs can now apply centralized load management policies across their entire network, including residential installations, ensuring optimal power distribution while maintaining grid stability. This feature is particularly valuable for fleet operators and utilities managing both commercial and residential charging points under a single infrastructure.

IT Electrical System and Delta Configuration Support by DLM

We’ve enhanced our DLM to support IT electrical systems. With this update, operators can now configure charge points using either the Star (Y) or Delta (Δ) configuration, depending on the specifics of the onsite electrical installation.

Our enhanced DLM algorithm calculates and analyzes both phase and line currents, applying advanced logic to ensure optimal current distribution across circuit phases. This improvement is especially valuable for CPOs in Norway and other regions where IT electrical systems are standard in industrial or specialized settings.

DREEV Integration

Our platform now has a pre-built integration with DREEV, a leading vehicle-to-grid (V2G) solution provider. This enables CPOs to incorporate bidirectional charging into their operations, unlocking advanced grid services and new revenue streams. The integration supports scheduled charging based on optimized electricity prices and allows third-party control of the DLM at the circuit level. The system works seamlessly with multi-level DLM configurations and supports instant charging commands during active sessions, providing maximum flexibility for sophisticated energy management strategies.

Tariff Enhancements

Optimized Dynamic Tariff for Home Charge Points

We’ve extended our Optimized Dynamic Tariff to residential environments, allowing CPOs to offer home users the same intelligent pricing previously available only for commercial settings. The system creates charging schedules based on configurable price thresholds – limiting power during expensive periods while maximizing it during cost-effective times.

Users benefit from transparent pricing with clearly displayed off-peak periods in the mobile app and retain control with an on-demand “BOOST” option for full-power charging when needed. This creates a win-win scenario: CPOs better manage residential load profiles and reduce grid impact, while users enjoy lower charging costs without sacrificing convenience.

Payments, Billing and Invoicing Enhancements

Settle sessions with suspended billing
Our new “Resume Billing” functionality gives administrators powerful options for handling suspended sessions. They can either mark them as free or make precise edits to calculated quantities for each charging period and service type. This flexible approach ensures that  CPOs can efficiently complete sessions and collect the respective payments.

Detailed Tax Breakdown on Invoices
Invoices now display comprehensive tax information with specific rates and amounts shown as separate line items for each service type. The system intelligently adapts to different tax modes including EU VAT and US Tax frameworks. These improvements simplify financial reconciliation while ensuring regulatory compliance across diverse tax jurisdictions.

Customizable Watermark Text for Invoices
Our invoicing system now supports customizable watermark text that appears diagonally across invoice pages. This feature addresses specific regulatory requirements while providing branding flexibility. Watermarks can be applied to new invoices or retroactively added to previously generated documents. Our system offers language-specific watermark settings and supports multiple writing systems including Latin, Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese.

Post-paid Subscriptions as Payment Method on RFID
RFID tags can now be linked to post-paid subscription plans as a payment method, giving CPOs a new billing option and providing a seamless experience for subscribers using physical credentials. This enhancement automatically displays all active subscriptions and intelligently handles plan changes by defaulting to the currently active subscription.

SEPA Payment Options with Stripe
Our platform now supports Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) bank transfers through Stripe, expanding payment options for operators across 36 European countries. This integration enables both one-time and tokenized recurring payments in euros, with comprehensive IBAN validation and support for post-paid subscription plans. The implementation includes appropriate handling of the longer settlement times inherent in bank transfers, with clear transaction status indicators throughout the payment lifecycle, providing CPOs and customers with complete transparency and confidence.
