Examining e-mobility from every possible angle
AMPECO will be back in Berlin again this year for the 10th Intercharge Network Conference organized by Hubject. Since its founding, Hubject has been set on simplifying the charging of electric vehicles and taking zero-emission mobility to a global scale. As such, it has established the world’s largest cross-provider charging network by connecting CPO networks. AMPECO’s EV charging software platform integrates with Hubject and encourages the use of EVs by ensuring infrastructure that makes charging quick, simple and effortless.
The theme of the 10th edition of the ICNC is “The Digital DNA of eMobility.” During the 12th and 13th of September, more than 4,000 visitors and 35 speakers from the international EV Charging industry, start-ups, associations, and government agencies will showcase new technologies and coordinate further global action to help eMobility progress.
Unraveling the digital DNA of eMobility
With the market geared towards mass adoption by 2025, the EV industry faces a significant challenge: digitally connecting the EV charging ecosystem and scaling its operations across services.
To provide EV drivers with reliable infrastructure and charging experience, stakeholders need to overcome technical challenges, honor various changes in regulations and increase data sharing and collaboration across the ecosystem.
By dedicating this conference to unraveling the digital DNA of eMobility, the organizers aim to push our collective understanding of all the different strands that make up the cohesive, evolving system. We will be encouraged to dive into the technical requirements, challenges, and opportunities of digitally connecting the EV charging ecosystem and debate aspects of how we can deliver a seamless charging experience for all EV drivers.
As motivation to push forward, it often helps to take stock of how far we have come. Emobility milestones such as EV roaming and Plug&Charge have shown us what the industry can achieve with a high level of data exchange and collaboration in the ecosystem.
