AMPECO & Allstar Chargepass

With the Allstar Chargepass and the AMPECO platform combined, you can make the reimbursement process for your fleet EV drivers transparent and reliable. 

• Your drivers don’t have to pay for EV charging costs upfront. And you don’t have to use flat rates as a way of reimbursing them. Instead, EV charging costs consumed at home or on designated charge points are paid accurately and directly to each employee’s energy supplier.
• As an Operator, you activate the Allstar Chargepass integration for all charge points used by your EV drivers on the AMPECO platform, and send a report with the charging data eligible for reimbursement to Allstar.
• The eligibility of the charging sessions is determined by your company’s policy and it is the responsibility of the EV driver to apply this policy by marking their personal charging sessions in the mobile app so that they can be excluded from the data report. 
• You can also set a certain number of days as a grace period after the end of the month, so that your EV drivers have some extra time to submit the required information.
