AMPECO & EVA Global

If you are a Charge Point Operator seeking to outsource monitoring of your charging networks combined with support capabilities for EV drivers, you can leverage the ability of the AMPECO platform to send additional data to the EVA Global platform. This includes:

  • Custom remote commands, such as Change availability and Reset EVSE, can be sent to the EVSE of a charge point. With these commands, EVA Global is able to provide full customer service to customers of a charge point CP without the need to contact the  Charge Point Operator and ask them to run a command that is not supported by Open Charge Point Interface (OCPI).
  • Current information about the charge points, their operational status, and the current operational statuses of different IT systems used by Operators and MSPs.  With this extension of the data already available via OCPI, EVA Global agents can troubleshoot customer issues and provide full customer support and monitoring services to Operators and MSPs.
